HMC3I does not accept returns or exchanges. Products are sold on a preorder, made-to-order, customized, or digital basis and may be produced specifically in response to an order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, sizes, quantities, compatibility requirements, and other order details before purchase.
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact support@hmc3i.com within 15 days of delivery with the order number and photographs of the issue. HMC3I will review the matter and provide any remedy required by applicable law or otherwise approved by HMC3I.
